Another interesting dive spot is the wreck of the British “Minnewaska” ship, which was sunk during the first world war. The section of the ship which can be seen by the divers today, is the 50 meter long, 10 meter wide aft section of the ship, which was too deep to be salvaged, and now resides at a depth between 12 and 20 meters.

Koutalas bay, Omprogialos beach, and Chordeli bay are the three dive sites in which the shore dives take place. All these sites are protected from the elements, therefore they offer an easy and relaxing dive for both certified and beginner divers. The most common aquatic species which can be seen are long trumpet fish, scorpion fish, cuttlefish, octopus, moray eels and lobsters.
