"Safety through Education" is the motto of the National Association of Underwater Instructors" (NAUI). Safety through education is the mission of the entire instructional team headed up by Nancy Hilton a NAUI Instructor of over 30 years. In 1991 she established the scuba program based at the JBSC in Port Hope.

We believe that the skills required to be a safe and competent diver can only be met through a comprehensive course of over 36 hours which includes pool practice, classroom theory and 5 open water dives.

DIVING IS FUN, but it is serious fun and the better trained you are, the more fun you will have -- seriously!
